The chats with patients will feature an AI function that will automatically suggest foods that can temporarily replace an item in their diet. For example, if a patient asks for a bread substitute, the automatic response will recommend pasta, rice, etc. (IMPORTANT: Currently, it does not take into account the patient's intolerances, but this is specified in the response).

How to use our app?

You can sign up using your email or through Google or Facebook. Once you've signed up, it's a good idea to complete your profile. For example, you can add the link you use to book a call with you.
- 2️⃣ Patients
We have to go to the patients section and input their information (the most important being their mobile number). We're also working on a WhatsApp feature to automatically collect their medical history, so stay tuned!
- 3️⃣ Create your FAQs
The chatbot becomes operational upon customer registration, initiating with default modes which can be further customized within the platform. To incorporate your specific FAQs, navigate to the FAQs section and proceed with their creation. The chatbot will dynamically generate responses based on your provided answers.

Now the chatbot is operational, it will send periodic messages to customers to collect feedback and check-ins, and it will also respond to messages! Now it's time to explore the platform for its other features! Your suggestions or reports are VITAL for us to improve day by day.
